Audi for sale in Myanmar
Audi in Myanmar Car Market
An automobile manufacturer based in Germany, Audi is owned by Volkswagen. Audi's main focus is in producing luxury cars such as saloon, coupe and SUVs. Used Audi cars started to enter Myanmar in 2012 after the doors of international business started to open. But the number of Audi cars seen on the Myanmar streets is still limited due to Audi's hefty price tag compared to that of the Japanese brands.
From Audi, some Audi saloons and SUV can be seen which includes A5, A6, A7 and A8 in saloon and Q3, Q5 and Q7 in SUV. Some Audi sport cars from RS and S series also entered Myanmar. A8 is the ultimate luxury cars, recognized by global. It is the most expensive saloon in Audi and only few number reached Myanmar, especially to Yangon. Old model saloon, 2004s A5, A6 and A7, is increasing number which came from Japan used car auction market. Audi Q5 is well known in luxury car lover environment, pricing above 700 lakh of Kyat for 2008s model in good condition (Grade A). But the price would not be sure for long because Myanmar market is changing a lot. Q5 have engine size of 2L and 3L which is fix for Government tax and custom charge for vehicle because people in Myanmar are afraid of buying big size engine implemented cars due to taxes.
