Nissan Cedric for sale in Myanmar
First introduced in 1960, the Nissan Cedric is a large-size household automobile produced by Japanese motor company Nissan. To provide the upscale driving experience, Nissan produced the Nissan Gloria and the Nissan Skyline. The Gloria line was then adjusted to have a more sporty appearance and turned into the Nissan Cedric. In 2004, Nissan stopped the production of the Cedric. The tenth and last generation of Cedric Y34 series of cars are still available and widely used in Myanmar city-streets today.
Following Toyota, Nissan is the second most popular brand of cars in Myanmar. Although facing tough competition from Toyota, Nissan Cedric is a reliable go-to vehicle for taxis or households. As there are no more available models after 2004, we are seeing fewer and fewer Nissan Cedrics on the streets in Myanmar.

Overall impression of Nissan Cedric
Although overshadowed by the Toyota lines of cars, the Nissan Cedric is still an old-timer who has earned due respect from the Myanmar household and commercial drivers alike. Most engines are petrol-run and are available in white, black, silver or gold colors.
The name Cedric was inspired by its namesake, the main character from the novel, Little Lord Fauntleroy, by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
